In this advanced 300 hours Yoga teacher training we put a special focus on Ashtanga Vinyasa, arm balancing, Sukshma Vyayama and Yoga Nidra.
You will also learn more about Patanjali’s Yoga sutras, the Hatha Yoga scriptures, Pranayama and the seven chakras.
Located in a quiet place, surrounded by forests in the beautiful Eifel Nationalpark in Germany we are looking forward to be part of your Yoga journey and to exchange our experiences, ideas and visions.

Ashtanga Vinyasa consists of six series of asanas that have been practiced for hundreds of years in this order. It is part of the Hatha Yoga system and was brought to light by Tirumalai Krishnamacharya and K. Pattabhi Jois. In this training we will cover the Primary Series and you will be introduced to the art of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa.
You will learn
~ The importance of Ujjayi breath during the practice of ashtanga vinayasa.
~ How to do Vinyasa flow (with jumping back and front)
~ How to do Chakrasana (rollback)
~ How to go from Hasta Uttanasana into Urdhva Dhanurasana and stand back up into Hasta Uttanasana
We will break down the asanas of the Primary Series and you will learn the alignment and the flow of the poses included.
Arm balancing postures offer a curious and playful way to approach our bodies and strengthen our mental focus. In this 300 hours Yoga teacher training in Germany we practice and break down several arm balancing postures. You will learn
~ How to practice and teach arm balancing asanas
~ How to use bone-on-bone alignment
~ How to include arm balancing postures into your classes
~ How to sequence them in a safe and efficient way
~ How to verbally and physically align your students
~ How to build up the needed arm strength

Yoga Nidra, also called the yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking. It is an ancient relaxation technique to recover body, mind and spirit.
We are going to have regular Yoga Nidra sessions to give you the possibility to experience the physical and mental effects of this meditation technique. You will learn how to write a Yoga Nidra script and how to incorporate it in your Yoga classes. We are going to discuss the theory behind this powerful technique, its benefits and how to use it to establish healthy habits.
Sukshma Vyayama techniques are very powerful yogic practices that remove energy blockages and activate the subtle pranic body. They are small repetitive strengthening and stretching movements synchronized with the breath to rejuvenate your joints and develop cellular consciousness.
In this advanced 300 h Yoga course we are covering the complete series of 48 yogic sukshma vyayama excercises introduced by Sri Dhirendra Bhramchari.
Chakras are energy centers located in our pranic body. They connect our physical and spiritual bodies and affect our physical, mental and emotional well-being. Located along our spinal cord we have seven main chakras.
For optimal health it is important for the chakras to be open and turning. Chakra meditation is a powerful technique to activate and purify our chakras. When the chakras are aligned there are no blockages in the physical, mental and spiritual areas. We feel energetic, stable and in our center.
Patanjali collected and organized knowledge about Yoga and summarized it in the "Yoga sutras". This very practical approach is about self-experience and experimenting with different practices and finding these that support you on your way to Samadhi.
In this course we will discuss the Yoga sutras and go beyond the eight limbs of Yoga.
Hatha Yoga is a system for spiritual development and includes various practices to reach the union of body, mind and soul.
The most detailed manuals describing these practices are the Gheranda Samhita and Hatha Yoga Pradipika. We are covering these texts and the respective techniques in our 300 hours Yoga course.
Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems, based on the idea that disease emerges when the three doshas are out of balance and move from a state of prakarti to vikruti.
We would like to give you a deeper understanding of the foundation of Ayurveda, the three doshas and the five elements as key aspects, the sapta dhautus, daily and seasonal routines, dosha specific diets, tips for traveling and much more.
In this training we cover the pranayama techniques according to Hatha Yoga Pardipika and Gheranda Samitha.

We will practice meditation every day to help you deepen your practice and experience different mediation techniques. You will learn the importance of meditation in the yogic life, the physical, mental and spiritual benefits and which asanas are best to prepare your body for long meditations.
How to use your Yoga practice to support your menstrual cycle? What is the connection between the chakras and our endocrine glands? Why is the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system during asana, pranayama and meditation so important?
Only a few questions we are going to answer in this 300 hours Yoga training.

Yogic cleansing techniques are ideally performed before the asana practice to purifiy the physical body and prepare it for the following spiritual practices. Together we are going to practice jala neti, sutra neti, nauli, kapalbhati, trataka.
Before joining Anandam Yoga School’s 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training in Germany Course, you have to fulfill this eligibility criteria.
The time schedule is not fixed and can change according to location, teacher availability, weather conditions and general situation.
